B Fitness & Performance is primarily geared towards helping the average athlete get to the next level, but has a component for 1 on 1 and/or group fitness as well Mission: To develop the physical skills needed to persevere at the next level while teaching respect & discipline. Motto: Believe. Work. Achieve! 2 Timothy 2:5 Similarly anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the victor's crown except by competing according to the rules.
Coach Dwayne is a USATF Level 2 sprint/hurdles/relay coach. He is a ACE certified group fitness instructor. He has coach track in his native island with his form track club and has been volunteering with the Deland Lightning Bolts AAU team for the past 5 years. In the past 5 years I have help coach multiple kids who have made it to AAU National Championships and have finished in the top 8.

Dwayne is one of the kindest and straight forward people I know he doesn't tell you what you need to hear but more so what needs to be done that would really help you to reach your goals, his instructions and steps are very easy to follow, he always gives you that extra push and truth be told if you are looking for a coach or exercise instructor he is much more because his heart it really in it. P.s if they had 6 stars I would definitely give him all.

For years I've tried to loose inches around my mind section and no matter what I did nothing work (guess I was doing it wrong).
